What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For beanies: 50pcs.
For all other hats: 25pcs.
For all other clothing items: 100pcs.
Can I do mixed colors for 25pcs?
Sorry, my friend, normally our MOQ is 25pcs per color, but if you need, we also can mix with colors. Just the price would be based on our sample policy. $35-$50/pcs.
Why is your printing color different from my design?
It’s digital printing. Colors are affected by temperature and material, so even with the same machine, possibly, the result looks a little different each time. If you require printing color closer to the design, please send us related Pantone color for reference, then it will be helpful for us.
Could you pls show me my hat production process?
Yes, we’re willing to show you, but as we’re not always at the factory, maybe just take photos for your main process like embroidery and packing?
Also, we can have a video call, to show you the full production now, you will know better about the production.
Why did you charge me a model fee?
For labels, patches, and printing, we always need a designer, then we will need to make a model, which will need the cost. Other factories also have the model fee, not listed and not shown to you, but it exists. We can also show you a video of how it works.
The sample fee can be deducted in bulk order?
Yes, the sample fee can be deducted when the bulk order is over 500pcs/design/color.
Can you do a design/mock-up for me?
Of course. Can you share your logo first with us? Then we can start making the mock-up for you.
If I don’t like the sample, what’s the solution?
We will make the production file for you to confirm all details before production, you will check each detail. The sample comes out with details as per the request.
Can I change the details in the production stage?
It depends, if we are in the process of making the hats, sorry we can’t.
But if we haven’t made them yet, then we can change it. We will confirm the process with the production team first and then get back to you where we are. If we change, we will try our best to make it happen.
Can you send me the catalog for reference?
We make custom products, no stock. The catalog does not include all the products we made. However, we would like to show some hats we made for your style checking. You can choose a hat style with your custom design!
Can I make some changes after I see the samples?
Yes, for essential changes.
In the first step, the correct mock-up is made for your review and approval before actual sampling.
In the actual production, we will pay attention to detail. Before shipment, we will send you the clear pictures/video for your checking.
After receiving the samples, once there are some changes, we will discuss further how to change.
If you need extra costs we will let you know in advance. In a word, we will recommend the best and most reasonable way we can do it for you.
Can I do the custom package?
Yes, no problem. Attached are some package pictures we made for your reference.
Do you have the certification?
Yes, of course, such as SGS, RGS, Reach, and so on. Sending you the certification here, have a look. We are a professional hat and apparel manufacturer.
Can you send the photo of the hats to me before shipping?
Of course, we can send you photos, and we also can provide photography service, you can check the below files.
Do you offer a sample?
For the sample, there are three options as below:
1) If you place a sample order, you need to pay the sample costs and shipping costs.
2) If you place a bulk order directly, we will make a free pre-production sample by taking photos for your check quality, once you confirm, then we will move to bulk production, which could help you save the sample costs and working time.
3)You can place a bulk order directly, we will make a free sample and ship it for your checking quality before moving to bulk hat production, you only need to pay 50 USD shipping costs.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via UPS, DHL, and FedEx upon request. If you have an established relationship with a forwarder or have your own Express account, you can opt to ship Collect. Both air and sea shipping are available for international orders.
How soon can I expect my shipment after it’s processed?
Delivery timing depends on the shipment method you select for your order. For Express air shipping, please allow about 3-7 days. For sea shipping, please allow about 25-30 days.
What’s the shipping method?
Usually ship by express, like DHL, UPS, or FedEx. It can also ship by sea and by air.
We will provide the proper shipping way based on your deadline and cost budget.
Why is the shipping fee so high?
As we packed by carton, the carton size is 534531cm, which protects the hats, you can also use the carton to check with DHL.
The shipping cost is the discount price that the forwarder gives us, we don’t make any profit and cannot control it.
Also, shipping rose from last year due to the COVID-19 effect.
When will I receive my hats?
DHL, normally 3-5 days.
UPS/FED, around 6-10 days.
By sea, 20-30 days after sailing.
By air, 5-7 days after taking off
Can you do a drop shipping service?
Yes, we can do drop shipping.
Can you find another cheaper shipping channel?
We will check with our shipping agent now, the lowest shipping fee is…… If the price is still too high, you can check if you can find a cheaper forwarder, that is also a better way.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept several payment methods, including, Telegraphic Transfer (TT or T/T),
What are your payment terms?
Generally, we require full payment. For bulk orders, we require a 50% deposit before the start of production. The remaining 50% is due before your items are shipped.
Can I pay you after getting the goods?
We have to get the full payment because it takes much cost to produce the products. You can check our quality before ordering. We are willing to show you some pics/videos and some brands that we have worked with first, so you can know more about us. We have done international business with over 30,000 brands so far, as per the company policy, all the goods have to be paid for before sending the goods.
How to pay by bank?
First, you can give the PI/invoice to your local bank, and the bank staff can help you to pay it
What’s the IBAN Number?
IBAN is used for Europe countries only, we don’t have this number.
Please refer to our SWIFT CODE in PI then you can proceed with payment.
Can I pay by PayPal?
